A.) We password protect ourt FAQs page for the "fortunate few" biz owners that we've offered this amazing deal to so that other biz owners that were not offered this deal will not feel bad or feel left out. This page is strictly for those "fortunate few" biz owners that were offered this once-in-a-lifetime deal. All other biz owners are paying a monthly fee to keep our service.
Q.) How do I know that your company is legit?
A.) We are a company of the highest integrity which has been built upon honesty, loyalty, and respect. We also gain respect with our "Order now pay later" instant store credit policy. We are extremely proud to proclaim that because we ALWAYS do JUST what we promise our loyal customers and due to the fact that our products are always EXACTLY what we say they will be, NO CUSTOMERS have EVER complained against our company EVER, and because of our honesty and integrity, you will never find any negativity or derogatory remarks or complaints about us any place on the internet no matter how hard you search! This speaks VOLUMES about the kind of business that we are!
Q.) Can you mail me the product by typing the website portal and all of the info I'm supposed to know in a letter? I never give out my email address.
A.) We're a GREEN company (environmentally conscience) so we try to stay away from the use of paper as much as possible, this is why we do everything online. But we guarantee that when you give us your email address so that we can email you your product and we will never spam you or sell your email to ANY source. And you can give us any email address that you'd like, it doesn't need to be your best email address, it can be from a free Yahoo or Gmail account.
Q.) I HATE PayPal and do nothing by means of them. Can I send a check or money order?
A.) We're accepting ALL major credit and debit cards via PayPal's safe and secure transaction method but sorry no checks/money orders at this time we are a GREEN company and try not to deal with paper at all. All orders are placed online.
Q.) But I'm not familiar with PayPal and do not have a PayPal account.
A.) If you don't have a PayPal account that's fine, you can still pay by credit or debit, just look in the body of the "Your Order Is Here" email and you will see the instructions under the subject: "Instructions For Sending Payment". Just read the simple instructions and you're home free. If you come across any issues paying via the PayPal system or you never receive order email just contact the company representative that initially introduced our program to you and he/she will resent your order email. Or, if all else fails you can contact us @: 1.415.944.7736 (Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm PST and Saturday-Sunday 10am to 5pm PST).

A.) Since 2009.
Q.) Is your company a non-profit charity organization?
A.) We are a “for profit” business that voluntarily chooses to share our profits with charity. Our charity of choice is “Feeding America”, a non-profit charity organization.
Q.) Once I order your product where charity gets 5% can I write that off on my taxes?
A.) Unfortunately not. You can only write it off if we were the charity that you were donating to, but because WE are donating to charity with a percentage that we voluntarily give to charity, only we can write it off, however; your “percentage” for the purchase of our product will go to feed 40 needy children and families, so what a good deed it is that you're doing! That alone should warm your heart.
Q.) What is it exactly that your company does besides sell marketing/promotional incentives?
A.) Q.) How do I know that your company will not KEEP billing my account?
A.) Rest assured maam/sir, PayPal is not set up to automatically draft payments from anyone's account, actually, PayPal tells the public that this is not possible via the PayPal shopping cart system that we're using. It is NOT possible [according to PayPal] to draft anyone's account. NO payments can be submitted without your consent via PayPal's strict policy. PayPal is known as the fastest, safest and most secure transaction method in the entire world! NO payments can be submitted without your consent via PayPal's strict policy.
Q.) Do you issue refunds for the customized website portal?
A.) No. This is because all sales are final! We have this policy unfortunately because people can be dishonest and return the program back to us yet we discover later that they had printed out many certs that could have already been redeemed, which would mean that they were using, possibly selling and making money off of our program without ever having paid for it, which is illegal. Additionally, we do not offer refunds because we voluntarily donate 5% of all profits to the non profit charity organization, Feeding America, and if people were to selfishly return the program then it also takes food right out of the mouths of the impoverished, and we're trying to help END the epidemic of hunger across the nation! For this reason, all sales are final!
Q.) Why don't your reps take credit/debit card payments over the phone to make it easier?
A.) Company reps are not authorized to take credit/debit card payments at this time. We've found that many business professionals are leery about giving their credit/debit info out over the phone, and millions of people across the globe trust PayPal. Many people who buy will not even make purchases without the use of PayPal as an option which is why we've opted to use PayPal as our method to receive payment. PayPal is known as the safest, fastest and most secure transaction payment method in the entire world!
Q.) Is your business registered or accredited with the BBB (Better Business Bureau)? (answer just below)
According to the BBB: “Becoming accredited by the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is by invitation only to businesses that have been in business for at least 1 year and have demonstrated sound business practices.” So in that case, a business must “wait out” the process in order to receive their BBB invite, so the FAA-Tech™ family has yet to receive our invitation and once we do then we will proudly register.
But keep in mind that no news is good news, and if anyone ever Googled our company name you will NEVER ever find any negative or derogatory remarks made anywhere online against our company by any business or consumer any place on this earth because we are an honest company of the greatest and hightest integrity. And keep in mind that we deliver products for “FREE” to businesses/consumers UPFRONT who promise to pay for their order AFTER they've already received it and in some cases [though rare] these businesses/consumers [purposely] wind up “keeping” hundreds of dollars worth of product(s) without ever paying for them, so if anything, WE are the victims before any other business or consumer will have been victimized by our company. Remember that.
Q.) How do I know that my 5% “percentage” will really go to the charity Feeding America and that your whole set-up is legit?
A.) We want all of our customers to be assured that we donate weekly and that your “percentage” was included. This is why we've posted a warm heartfelt “thank you” letter from Feeding America on our website under the tab: "Feeding America Says Thank You". The "Feeding America Says Thank You" page has been added so that business owners like yourself can recognize that we are serious about donating to charity with their “percentage” in order to help END nationwide poverty. This page has also been created so that business owners will know that their order has been well spent and to see a record from Feeding America that we are true to our word in donating to the cause, namely, our charity of choice.
